I took a walk through the Ramble in Central Park yesterday. I just stumbled into it, honestly, but it turned out to be pretty nifty.
Looking for some info on it today, I stumbled across Forgotten NY. Aside from some interesting info on Central Park, there’s also a lot of other stuff there.
I set up a Flickr account for myself a few days ago. My pictures shoud be here. All I’ve uploaded so far are my Gates pictures.
I just picked up the Steamboy DVD. I’m still kind of annoyed that I didn’t get around to catching it while it was in the theaters.
I have to admit I’m curious about this movie. Maybe I can talk someone into going to see it with me this weekend.
I’m kind of curious about HD Radio. There was an article in Wired a while back, and one in the NY Times today. It looks like quite a few stations are broadcasting in HD now. These guys make an interesting radio that picks up HD. It isn’t shipping yet, though.

I’m curious about this, though I don’t think I really have the time to start listening to it, considering all the other stuff I’ve got waiting to read and/or listen to right now.

Speaking of the Leaky Cauldron, I bought my copy of the new Harry Potter book yesterday, from the B. Dalton’s in Horton Plaza. I’ll start reading it on the plane tomorrow. Or maybe I’ll start tonight, if I can’t sleep.
I just did most of my packing, so I’ll be ready to head off to the airport early tomorrow. I have a fairly full duffel bag of con stuff, both freebies and stuff I bought. (I made up for buying nothing Friday or Saturday by buying a bunch of stuff today.)
