I heard this song on a podcast yesterday, and just loved it. It really reminds me of RPI.

Animation Now
I just bought tickets for this. It should be fun, even if a lot of the Dreamworks stuff isn’t that great. I’m definitely interested in whatever Wallace & Gromit stuff they’ve got ready.

Water
It looks like I can drink water from my tap again. Yay!
PSP
A few quick thoughts on the PSP, now that I have one:
– The screen is very nice, but also very reflective and a major dust attractor. I have no dead pixels, as far as I can tell, but I think I’ve already made a small scratch in the darn thing.
– Lumines is about as good as this cartoon indicates.
– The Mad Catz ProPAK that came bundled with it (via WalMart) is mostly useless. The headphones they give you aren’t nearly as good as the ones that come in the box with the PSP. The screen protectors are impossible to apply without winding up with a bunch of very visible air bubbles underneath. About the only useful thing is the USB cable. (They really should have just included one with the PSP.)

PSP Media Guide by ExtremeTech
Here’s yet another helpful article on the PSP, this time from ExtremeTech. (There’s a fair chance my PSP may show up in the mail tomorrow. It’d be nice to have it for the weekend.)
PS2 and PSP
After going quite some time without touching my PS2 at all, I recently started playing Final Fantasy VIII again. I think I started this game around Thanksgiving 2003. I just finished disc one today. It’s a four disc game, so I should probably finish up in 2008 or so.
And I just found out that my PSP shipped today and should probably show up some time next week. Yay!
more PSP stuff
Apparently, someone’s already figured out how to browse the web from a PSP. You need to go buy Wipeout, though.
Tivo To Go Unleashed!
Here’s an interesting little write-up detailing (among other things) how to get video files from your Tivo to your PSP.
